• Young people aged 13 or older can create an account, book services, or purchase items with parental permission
   

• Parents or guardians must register and manage participation for children under 13.
   

• Parents are expected to supervise children’s use of Flaem’s website and materials.
   

We may suspend or close accounts that breach our terms or safeguarding rules.

5. Using Flaem’s Website and Services

7. Coaching and Event Bookings

• Flaem offers three main types of coaching:

• 1:1 Coaching (personal guidance for young people)

• Family Coaching (learning together with parents)

• Group Coaching (small sessions with peers)

• Coaching sessions may be booked via our website or directly by email.

• Bookings are confirmed once payment or invoice is received.

• Cancellations made ≥ 7 days before the session → full refund.

• Cancellations < 7 days → 50 % credit or reschedule option.

• Missed sessions without notice may not be refunded.

• Refunds or credits are managed in accordance with UK consumer laws

• Group and family sessions follow agreed schedules and participation rules.
   

We reserve the right to reschedule sessions in unforeseen circumstances; you will always be informed.

 

8. Payments and Pricing

• Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
   

• Payment is currently accepted via invoice or bank transfer.
   

• Online checkout and card payments will be introduced later.
   

• Promotional discounts or offers are subject to availability.
   

 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

• While we do our best to ensure accuracy and safety, Flaem Ltd is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential loss

  • Technical issues or interruptions

  • Errors in content

  • Actions taken based on educational materials
     

• All educational content is provided “as is”.
   

• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or negligence resulting in injury.

15. E-Commerce Terms and Conditions

15.1 Products & Descriptions

​

We offer both physical and digital products. Images are illustrative; small variations may occur.

15.2 Ordering & Payment

​

• Orders may be made online or via approved channels.
   

• You must be 18 or over to place an order.
   

• Parents may purchase on behalf of minors.
   

15.3 Delivery of Physical Products

​

• Delivery within the UK only (for now).
   

• Faulty or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days.
   

15.4 Digital Products & Downloads

​

• Delivered via email or secure link.
   

• Once download begins, cancellation rights end.
   

15.5 Returns & Refunds

• Physical products: 14-day cancellation if unused.
   

• Digital products: refund only if defective.

15.6 Pricing & Promotions

• Prices may change, but confirmed orders are honoured.
   

• Promotions have specific conditions (expiry dates, etc.).
   

15.7 Product Safety & Age Suitability

All items are created for ages 7–19 with adult guidance for under-13s.

 

For Young Adventurers: Always ask an adult before buying or using any Flaem product.

 

15.8 Intellectual Property

Digital content is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.

When you buy digital or physical products from Flaem:

• You agree not to share or resell digital materials without permission.
   

• Physical products remain your property after purchase but must not be copied or reproduced.
   

• Digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed, except where required by law.
   

15.9 Faulty Items

Contact hello@flaem.co.uk with photo + order number. You may be entitled to repair, replacement, or refund.

 

15.10 Partner Products

​

Co-branded or sponsored products will be clearly identified.
We never share customer details with partners without consent.

 

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, non-payment, or breach of these Terms.
You may stop using our services at any time by contacting us.
