A learning adventure you can trust

Flaem helps young people build financial confidence and entrepreneurial thinking through stories, coaching, and real-world challenges — designed with safety, care, and responsibility at the core.

Skills that matter beyond the classroom

Flaem supports young people as they learn how money works — and how ideas turn into action. Our experiences are designed to build confidence, independence, and practical life skills that grow with your child.

Through stories, challenges, and coaching, young people develop:

  • Healthy money habits and budgeting skills

  • Confidence making decisions and learning from mistakes

  • Entrepreneurial thinking and creativity

  • Problem-solving, collaboration, and resilience

  • Awareness of digital safety and online responsibility

A thoughtful approach to learning

Flaem’s content is guided by recognised educational and youth development principles, including financial literacy and enterprise education.

These frameworks help shape what we teach, while our characters, stories, and coaching shape how young people experience learning — in ways that are age-appropriate, engaging, and grounded in real life.

Learning at Flaem isn’t about exams or pressure. It’s about exploration, reflection, and building confidence through experience.

Safety Comes first

Creating a safe and supportive environment is central to everything we do. Flaem is designed to protect young people while encouraging independence and curiosity.

Our approach includes:

  • Trained, vetted coaches guided by clear codes of conduct

  • Age-appropriate content and moderated community spaces

  • Clear boundaries around interaction and communication

  • Robust safeguarding policies aligned with UK standards

How accounts and parental involvement work

Flaem is designed for young people aged 7–19, with different levels of independence depending on age.

  • Children under 13 participate through accounts managed by a parent or guardian

  • Young people aged 13+ may have their own account, with parental permission

  • Parents are encouraged to stay involved, especially for younger learners

We believe the best learning happens when families can talk, reflect, and celebrate progress together.

Guided support when it matters

Coaching at Flaem gives young people space to explore ideas, build confidence, and apply what they’re learning — with a trusted guide alongside them.

Parents can expect:

  • Clear goals and session structure

  • Age-appropriate guidance

  • Optional feedback and progress updates

  • A focus on confidence, capability, and real-world application
